Equestrian Paradise
We have thoroughly enjoyed our time in Alabama,
but we just miss our South Carolina home too much, so we are relucantly
offering our little piece of paradise to some lucky buyer. The
property is a very private 22.57 acres in New Market, AL 35761
(just 22 minutes or 15 miles from downtown Huntsville), and it's
only a 7 minute drive to Publix and Walmart and other shopping.
The farm has been built to exacting standards with the health
and well-being of a horse in mind. All pastures have safe and
low maintenance fencing, heated auto waterers, sturdy run-in sheds,
and huge oaks for shade. Please explore the video to the right
which shows an aerial view of the property, and check out the
pictures below of the main house and of the barns and land.

Main House The main house is 4,072 square feet and has
4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, plus a large detached garage with a storage
loft. Front and back porches make for excellent morning coffee viewing!
The house includes a large game and movie room with pool table and
106" movie screen and a home gym with amazing views out the
windows. There is also an in-ground storm shelter in the attached
garage and a fabulous hot tub on the back porch. All appliances
(including 2 sets of washer/dryers) convey.
Barns and Property The main barn was custom built in 2016, and
it has 5 stalls plus wash rack, feed room, and a heated/cooled tack
room with a bathroom. Behind the barn sits a 60' long storage shed
for hay and equipment. The entire property is 22.57 acres, and about
10 acres is fenced in 5 separate pastures, each of which has a run-in
shed and a heated auto waterer. The majority of the fencing is a
combination of Centaur and Electrobraid, making the pastures very
safe and low maintenance. Woods surround the pastures and have wonderful
shady trails for riding/walking. Two of the run-in sheds have water
and electricty and could be turned into permanent stalls. The property
has 2 wells.
